What You’ll Do

• Manage a civil litigation caseload with appropriate partner guidance
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and substantive motions
• Take and defend depositions independently
• Appear in court for hearings and case management conferences
• Communicate directly with clients and insurance carriers
• Contribute to case strategy and litigation planning

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Bar (in good standing)
• 3+ years of California civil litigation experience
• Insurance defense experience preferred
• Experience handling files with minimal supervision
• Deposition and law & motion experience
• Strong writing, advocacy, and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $135,000 – $175,000 DOE + performance-based bonus
