A well-established litigation firm with multiple offices across Texas and California is seeking Insurance Defense / Insurance Coverage Associates to join its Dallas office.

The Role
You will handle a range of defense litigation matters, including:
• Insurance coverage disputes
• Personal injury defense
• Medical malpractice defense
• Construction defect litigation
• Premises liability and related civil litigation matters
Associates will work closely with experienced litigators on complex cases and have opportunities to develop courtroom experience and build their own practice over time.

Requirements
• 4–12 years of civil litigation experience
• At least 2 years of insurance coverage or insurance defense experience
• Experience in areas such as medical malpractice, construction defect, personal injury defense, or premises liability
• Licensed to practice law in Texas (or ability to waive in within 6 months)
Preferred Experience
• Trial or courtroom experience
• Background in industries such as insurance, healthcare, or construction
