This is a regional civil defense firm focused on complex litigation, representing insurance carriers, businesses, developers, and public entities across a variety of matters including construction defect, product liability, premises liability, and employment litigation. As an Attorney, you will manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution, with responsibilities including drafting pleadings and motions, developing case strategy, taking and defending depositions, handling meet and confers, and participating in mediations and settlement negotiations. You will work directly with clients and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic defense-side environment.
The ideal candidate will have an active California Bar license and at least 2+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, construction defect, or general liability. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a billable environment are key.
