Insurance Defense Attorney

What you will be doing:

• Handle litigation from inception through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Manage mediations and settlement negotiations
• Perform legal research and case strategy development
• Maintain and manage active litigation caseloads
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and opposing counsel

Experience you will need:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Georgia Bar membership required
• 3–5 years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Excellent organization, judgment, and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment
