Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex third-party liability insurance coverage matters, both contentious and non-contentious
• Lead all phases of litigation, including case strategy, advocacy, and resolution
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
• Conduct legal research and draft high-level legal documents and opinions
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations
• Provide strategic advice on insurance coverage disputes and risk management
• Collaborate with global teams on multi-jurisdictional matters

Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as an Insurance Coverage Attorney
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York Bar (NY Bar required)
• Strong experience handling insurance coverage litigation and advisory matters
• Proven advocacy, case management, and leadership skills
• Excellent legal research, writing, and presentation abilities
• Strong client development and relationship management skills
• Ability to travel as required
