Insurance Analyst - Riskonnect Implementation Support

Motus is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to identify an experienced Insurance Analyst – Riskonnect Implementation Support to join their team in a key, project-focused capacity. This role will play a critical part in supporting the implementation of Riskonnect, an enterprise insurance and claims management platform. The analyst will partner closely with the Insurance Risk Manager and cross-functional project stakeholders to assist with data preparation, system configuration, testing, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with insurance data, systems, and structured processes. The role will be highly engaged in ensuring that all insurance and claims data is accurate, complete, and effectively structured within Riskonnect, enabling reliable reporting and long-term system integrity.

Contract Duration: 6 -Months
Work Model: 100% Remote (Must reside within OR, WA, ID, or UT)
Pay Range: $39.00 - $43.00/hr. DOE

Schedule: Must be able to work PST hours. May require availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:
Gathering, cleansing, and preparing insurance data (policies, claims, exposure schedules) for system upload. Assisting with data migration, validation, and reconciliation against source files and legacy spreadsheets. Supporting configuration and testing of policy records, coverage details, claims workflows, user roles/permissions, and basic reporting. Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and documenting issues, defects, and enhancement requests. Helping develop system documentation, job aids, and training materials. Coordinating feedback between internal users and the implementation team to support issue resolution. Ensuring clean, accurate, and reliable insurance and claims data in Riskonnect, enabling a smooth transition to ongoing system use.
