Function Overall: Personnel who installs, repair, maintain, replace, calibrates, program and services all process monitoring and/or control instruments, including but not limited to indicators, meters, control loops, motor operated valves, etc . These instruments may be pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, electrical, mechanical, optical and include signal transmission, telemetering and digital devices in industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Perform all preventative maintenance procedures to maintain equipment, facility, heating/cooling systems, pumps compressors, etc. Interpret electrical schematics and process flow drawings involving blueprints, PLC or DCS systems;
2 Complete and review documentation such as maintenance logs, work orders, manuals and inventory control records
3 Diagnose complex process problems, determines best resolve and execute safe repair & Perform verification/calibration on plant instrumentation also Detailed teardown and repair of control valves, actuators and positioners. Reassembles, tunes and setup associated hardware
4 Participate in all training courses scheduled by the Superintendence of the Terminal, as well as in all contingency drills. Give logistical support in Terminal. Comply with any other task entrusted by the Superintendent within the operations of the Terminal.
- Our facilities operate 24 hours per day, 365 days a year; The position requires you to work overtime as needed

Requirements:
Experience:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years technical training on instrumentation
• 4 years’ work experience in a terminal or oil field environment with proven mechanical ability or a combination of both.
Skills:
• Ability to work on a 7/24 schedule under diverse working conditions
• Written communication skills including the ability to write reports, standard operating and maintenance procedures, root cause analysis reports etc.
• Advanced knowledge of pumps, refrigeration, compressor systems, meter calibration
