YOUR IMPACT AS OUR INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROLS SENIOR ENGINEER:

In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of our I&C business line and set the stage for expansion by setting new standards, implementing new processes, and bringing new projects to the company. You'll manage a dedicated team in meeting client expectations, sticking to deadlines, and staying within budget. Responsibilities include:

Leadership

• Developing new I&C standards (QA, CAD, cross-departmental workflow, etc.) and internal resources in alignment with industry regulations and company standards
• Modeling high productivity, quality, accountability, and customer service standards for your team as well as supervising, training, and managing their performance
• Working with executive leadership to set growth goals and develop an annual department business plan (including sales, budgets, HR requirements, etc.)
• Defining and assessing electrical department integration into I&C
• Maintaining a harmonious, collaborative, and accountable departmental culture

Project Management

• Identifying resources for stand-alone and multi-disciplinary projects related to I&C
• Collaborating with project managers and department managers to ensure jobs are finished on time, within budget, and up to customer expectations
• Developing specifications for I&C-related projects (budget, schedule, documents, etc.)

Business Development

• Identifying prospective I&C clients and strengthening relationships with existing ADF clients
• Communicating with clients during and after projects and recommending add-ons
• Prioritizing customer service and client relations to encourage repeat business and loyal clients

CRITERIA:

Our Instrumentation and Controls Senior Engineer must be proficient in:

• DCS
• I/O panel layouts
• SCADA layouts
• QA
• CAD
