Instructor, HVAC (Night Adjunct)

– Proficient in using technology and teaching aids to enhance learning experiences.

– Strong understanding of HVAC systems, industry codes, safety standards, and regulations.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, with expertise in installation, repair, and maintenance of heat pumps, water source heat pumps, and electric and gas heating systems.
• Previous teaching or instructional experience in a technical or vocational setting is preferred.
• *Willing to work 2-3 nights a week*
• Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higher in HVAC technology or a related field.
• Experience with online teaching platforms and blended learning environments.
• Certifications: EPA Section 608 Universal License Required; NATE or Esco certifications Recommended; HVAC contractor licenses (H3 class 1 or H2 licenses) Recommended.
