Role Overview

The ISD supports the review, evaluation, and improvement of agency-sponsored training programs using the ADDIE framework, ensuring instructional integrity, usability, and effectiveness.


THIS ROLE IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate course materials including lesson plans, storyboards, and assessments
  • Apply ADDIE methodology to assess instructional design quality
  • Provide recommendations for course improvement and modernization
  • Support course recertification and online/onsite reviews
  • Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and instructional effectiveness

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of instructional design experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting FEMA, DHS, or federal training programs
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools
