JOB SUMMARY: Facilitate documentation and logistics for work-based learning activities by managing student forms for field trips, clinicals, and job shadows. Provide instructional support through one-on-one and small group assistance to reinforce classroom learning and promote student skill development. Support classroom operations by preparing materials, setting up learning environments, and administering assessments. Manage Health and Wellness lab spaces by organizing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring equipment readiness. Coordinate with instructional staff and assist with pathway events including CTSO meetings and recognition ceremonies.

1.

Facilitate documentation and logistics for work-based learning (WBL) activities by collecting, organizing, and following up on required student forms for experiences such as field trips, clinicals, and job shadows.

2.

Provide instructional support to students through one-on-one and small group assistance, reinforcing classroom learning, promoting skill development, and encouraging academic progress.

Daily 25%

3.

Support classroom operations by preparing instructional materials, setting up the learning environment, administering make-up assessments, and assisting with daily logistics to ensure a smooth and organized classroom experience. 

Daily 15%

4.

Support pathway purchasing and budgeting by coordinating with instructors on ordering equipment, supplies, and arranging for maintenance of instructional resources. 

Weekly 10%

5.

Manage Health and Wellness lab spaces by organizing supplies, maintaining inventory, preparing instructional materials, and ensuring tools and equipment are ready for student use.

Daily 10%

6.

Support planning and execution of pathway events by assisting with scheduling, preparation, and on-site coordination for student-facing activities such as CTSO meetings, recognition events, and other program-based gatherings.

Monthly 5%

7.

Coordinate across instructional staff to ensure classroom materials are prepared, and shared spaces are set up for smooth transitions between classes and instructors. 

Daily 5%

8.

Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The minimum prerequisites of formal education, professional work experience, certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, trainings, and other criteria that a candidate must fulfill to be considered for a position. It is essential that certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, and trainings are fulfilled, valid, and not expired.

  • Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
  • High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
  • No professional work experience required
  • Relevant Health Science License or certificate, including but not limited to Certified Nurse Aide License, Certified Pharmacy Tech Credential, Qualified Behavioral Health Certificate, Certified Occupational Therapy Aide, Certified Physical Therapy Aide Certificate, Emergency Medical Technician License, etc. A Certificate of Program Completion may be substituted for the above licenses and credentials.
  • AHA BLS CPR and First aid Certification
