Job Role:-Instructional Designer
Location:- Hybrid – Wilmington, MA 1-2 days/week
Minimum Exception
5+ years of experience, including 3+ in instructional design, adult learning, and curriculum development (eLearning, ILT, VILT)
Facilitation experience preferred
Experience developing technical training for Oracle or similar ERP systems
Experience with synchronous and asynchronous training design
Strong communication, facilitation, and advanced PowerPoint skills
