Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer III to develop eLearning certification programs in Ads Marketing Demand Generation. This role involves creating engaging and educational eLearning content for both internal and external partners, specifically focusing on advertiser education and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop global eLearning certification programs for Ads Marketing Demand Generation.
• Create eLearning content for advertiser education and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to build effective eLearning materials.
• Utilize adult learning theory to design engaging educational experiences.
• Adapt and match content voice to align with brand standards.
• Create detailed storyboards for eLearning content.
• Work within the online advertising space to enhance product presence.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Learning Experience Designer.
• Bachelor's degree in language, communication, or arts.
• Proficiency in adult learning theory.
• Experience in storyboarding for eLearning.
• Familiarity with online advertising and tech advertising spaces.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and take direction from other instructional designers.
• Comfortable handling a significant workload and contributing to team success.

Work Environment

The position offers a flexible work environment, with the option to work remotely or onsite in Seattle or New York City. The role involves working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. You will be part of a dedicated team of four instructional designers, collaborating in a hard-working yet easy-going atmosphere.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $55.00/hr.
