Why Work Here?

You join a team-oriented environment where collaboration and mutual support are central to getting complex projects done. The role offers variety between shop-based work and field installations, providing opportunities to broaden your skills in mechanical assembly, machining, and fabrication. Work Environment

You work primarily in a traditional job shop environment within a building that, while older, is maintained with up-to-date materials, lighting, and working conditions. In the shop, you rotate through several areas to help build custom conveyor systems for the plastic bottling industry, using hand tools, power tools, and, when applicable, CNC machines and fabrication equipment. You also spend a significant portion of your time at various customer facilities, where you assemble and install the finished conveyor systems and machinery in active industrial plants. During installation projects, you typically work about 11-hour days, and schedules may include nights and weekends depending on when customers can shut down their production lines. Travel is required for roughly 100 days per year, and you receive support and benefits while on the road. Steel-toe footwear is required, and you must bring and use your own tools in accordance with the specified tool list. The overall environment is hands-on, fast-paced, and safety-focused, with frequent collaboration in small teams both in the shop and at customer sites.
