Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in St George, UT or Denton, TX. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing product recommendations tailored to customer needs. Day-to-day activities include generating and qualifying leads, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves managing existing accounts, following up on open opportunities, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The Inside Sales Representative collaborates closely with the operations and technical teams to support customers, improve satisfaction, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales skills, including phone-based selling, needs assessment, and closing techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through responsive, solutions-focused Customer Service.
  • Experience with Lead Generation activities such as prospecting, follow-up, and nurturing potential customers.
  • Proficiency in Account Management, including relationship building, order follow-up, and account retention.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Comfort using CRM and order-entry systems; basic proficiency with standard office software.
  • Ability to learn technical product information and explain features and benefits clearly to customers.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in automotive, diesel, or heavy-duty equipment industries is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or training in sales or business is a plus.
