Trinity Technologies Inc. is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative. This individual will be instrumental in supporting the full sales process. From quoting and order submission to shipment tracking and CRM accuracy while providing excellent support to our customers and suppliers. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced office environment.
Job description:
- Work closely with the Field Sales team to support all needed customer request and support to ensure best business experience. Always providing accurate data processing to ensure all account status and timelines are accurate
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery by updating all relevant CRMs with shipping reports, packing lists, and invoices
- Coordinate sample requests for qualification testing and follow up with principals to secure commit dates and sample status
- Collaborate closely with assigned Field Sales Engineers and Principals throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain detailed, timely records in the Suppliers CRM systems
- Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Prior experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or similar tools is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow through with minimal supervision
- Clear communication skills and a professional demeanor at all times
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
