TITLE OF POSITION: Customer Service Representative I (CSR I)
Hours: M-F 8 a.m. -4:30 p.m.
REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
JOB SUMMARY: CSR Iis responsible for meeting company and customer requirements by coordinating and communicating customer requirements to the rest of the organization. This position provides customer advocacy while troubleshooting, problem solving and acting as liaison for our customers with various departments.
