Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite in Newark, CA)

Type: Full-time, direct hire

Comp: $70-80K + uncapped commission (quarterly quotas)

This role is a mix of inside sales, customer success, and channel support, working closely with both clients and distributor partners across the U.S. and EU.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads and convert opportunities into revenue
  • Support outbound sales efforts and help drive new business
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Support Account Executives with meetings and pipeline development
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and order status
  • Work with distributor partners on onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM data
  • Meet/exceed quarterly sales targets


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
  • Life sciences background preferred (BSc in Biology or related field)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
