We are building a high-performance sales organization to support that growth and are looking for strong inside sales talent that can help convert activity into meetings, meetings into opportunities, and opportunities into revenue.

Role Summary

We are seeking a hungry, organized, and execution-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support pipeline generation and sales conversion across inbound and outbound channels. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who is comfortable prospecting, qualifying, following up, managing CRM activity, and helping move opportunities toward close.

This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful upside tied directly to results and wants to sell enterprise-grade services and solutions across high-growth technology areas.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage inbound leads from website, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and partner channels
  • Execute outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings
  • Help drive opportunities through the sales cycle with strong follow-up and CRM discipline
  • Maintain clean lead, activity, and opportunity records in CRM
  • Coordinate with leadership on proposal support, pricing discussions, and next steps
  • Track activity, pipeline movement, and sales status weekly
  • Support IHI’s local-first and national growth strategy across target verticals and channels
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in inside sales, SDR, BDR, appointment setting, or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound effort and follow-up discipline
  • Strong CRM habits and general sales process awareness
  • Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple active leads
  • Interest in technology services, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, digital transformation, or consulting sales
Nice to Have
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, or phone-based qualification
  • Familiarity with enterprise, mid-market, public sector, or partner-led selling
  • Exposure to Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools

Compensation

This is a commission-based role designed for high-performance sales talent who want meaningful upside tied directly to revenue contribution. Compensation structure and commission details will be discussed during the interview process and aligned to role scope and level of contribution.
