HEXA Containment is seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in B2B sales, with a clear development path into Business Development and Outside Sales positions.

Our Inside Sales team plays a critical role in supporting customers and driving revenue, while also serving as a foundational training ground for future sales leaders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries, open quotes, and active opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business
  • Identify customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions
  • Oversee the sales process from initial quote through order fulfillment and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal systems
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
