Position Summary


The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is focused on promoting and driving prescription growth for Natroba (spinosad topical suspension) by engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs), generating product awareness, and supporting territory growth across assigned markets. You must be comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily, working with healthcare providers, generating interest, qualifying opportunities, and contributing to prescription sales growth.


Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals (HCPs) to promote Natroba, share product information, gather insights, and support ongoing engagement efforts.
  • Professionally represent Cipher Pharmaceuticals, delivering compliant sales presentations to HCPs in accordance with company SOPs and sales training.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Natroba’s clinical profile, approved indications, and competitive positioning within the market.
  • Adhere to all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements governing the promotion and sale of pharmaceutical products.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to maximize prescription growth and sales potential within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned healthcare accounts.
  • Evaluate territory performance and adjust strategy to increase prescription volume and provider engagement.
  • Maintain updated and organized account files through CRM/contact management systems.
  • Complete and maintain call reports in compliance with company policy.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications


  • College or University degree required.
  • Must live within 30 miles of company headquarters with reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Prior pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B sales experience with a proven track record is preferred.
  • Strong phone presence and confidence in high-volume outbound calling environments.
  • Must pass company security and background checks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to lift packages of up to 25 pounds.
