Project Manager – Plastics Manufacturing

Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals, including material and labor cost analysis
  • Review customer requirements and develop detailed project scopes aligned with manufacturing capabilities
  • Generate and coordinate tooling work orders and project documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, production, and quality teams to drive project execution
  • Manage project timelines to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and customers
  • Review completed projects and gather feedback for continuous improvement and quoting accuracy
  • Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, and specifications throughout the project lifecycle


Qualifications:


  • Experience in manufacturing, tooling, machining, or fabrication environments
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
