A global manufacturer of industrial equipment is currently seeking a motivated Korean – English bilingual Customer Service / Inside Sales Coordinator to support their office in the Buffalo Grove, IL area. The ideal candidate will have established work experience in customer service and logistics operations, and a positive, team-oriented mindset. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Customer Service / Inside Sales Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Act as a point of contact for customers and internal clients regarding order status, logistics tracking, questions and issues, etc. via phone and email
  • Perform accurate data entry, receive and process purchase orders and return authorizations, and update logistics information and sales activity in the company system(s)
  • Work closely with Operations and Sales departments to ensure orders are processed and demand is forecasted accurately
  • Assist with product pricing and provide quotations to customers
  • Interface with other internal departments and external suppliers (both domestic and international) to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Provide customer service and resolve issues with purchases, warranty issues, and delivery as needed
  • Track inventory and ensure adequate stock to fulfill product requests and purchases
  • Assist as needed with administrative tasks, including assisting with booking for internal events, booking travel, and assisting with distributing sales reports and commission reports
  • Other duties as assigned


Customer Service / Inside Sales Coordinator qualifications include:

  • Fluency in Korean and English languages, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
  • Good communication and collaboration ability in a multicultural environment
  • At least 2-3 years' work experience in sales administration, purchasing and inventory control, or inside sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to be self-sufficient and work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
