Description

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to support outbound Bill Pay sales efforts within a growing fintech organization. This role will primarily focus on outbound consultative selling, while also supporting inbound customer interactions as business needs evolve. The ideal candidate brings a blend of SaaS or fintech experience, strong Salesforce proficiency, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound sales appointments scheduled directly on your calendar

Conduct consultative sales conversations to promote and sell Bill Pay solutions

Demonstrate products and guide customers through onboarding and setup after sign-up

Serve as a product expert with strong technical proficiency during live demos

Drive customer adoption and optimize use of Bill Pay solutions

Support onboarding for QuickBooks Online Payments, including credit card and ACH solutions

Participate in inbound call handling as needed while maintaining outbound pipeline activity (8 hours/week)

Cross-sell Bill Pay and related financial solutions

Accurately track activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in Salesforce

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications

2+ years of SaaS experience OR 1+ year in fintech, payments, or merchant services

Hands-on Salesforce experience (required)

Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales activities

Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skills

Ability to manage multiple workflows and adapt to changing processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in merchant services, payments, or fintech (banking, lending, AP/AR)

Familiarity with Bill Pay or accounts payable platforms

Experience with tools/organizations such as Bill.com, Melio, Ramp, or similar

Strong technical aptitude with ability to demo and navigate products live

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.86 - $24.86/hr.
