Inside Sales Account Representative I

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in tandem with Account Managers to drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting
  • Maintain an active and targeted outreach approach to ensure a high volume of calls, communicate
    the value proposition, and call on key high-level decision makers
  • Create a robust pipeline through phone, email, and social media out reach
  • Qualify new inbound leads transforming them into quality opportunities for Sales team
  • Manage prospects from lead generation to demo stage showcasing the value proposition, navigating
    objections, and fostering meaningful relationships
  • Take ownership of Salesforce lead and contact records, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and
    create opportunities
  • Create prospect lists using Sales Intelligence platforms with Ideal Customer Profile as reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field, and proven sales or
    business development experience or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience with SaaS, software, or hardware sales
  • Knowledge of industry trends and relevant trades
  • Experience in CRM, Sales Intelligence, and outreach automation platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
