We are currently seeking skilled Injection & Extrusion Technicians to join our team in Robesonia, PA. Candidates with availability for 2nd shift will be given preference.
What You’ll Do
As an Injection & Extrusion Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and safe operations. Responsibilities include:
- Operate and maintain plastic injection and extrusion equipment and processes
- Support and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment (robots, molds, dies, feeders, dryers, compounders, hydraulic and cooling systems)
- Maintain product quality and perform in-process quality testing
- Diagnose and resolve technical and process-related issues
- Perform preventative and unplanned maintenance on machinery
- Operate additional automated equipment (cranes, conveyors, forklifts, packaging systems)
- Document process changes and equipment repairs accurately
- Communicate shift updates and key production information
- Assist with mold packing/unpacking for overseas shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Provide guidance and training to team members as needed
- Collaborate effectively and share technical knowledge with peers
- Step into other roles (operators, material handlers) as needed

- Formal technical training or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer proficiency to operate automated systems
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Physical capability to perform job duties (standing, walking, lifting, climbing, etc.)
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
