Position Summar
yWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Systems Engineer to lead the implementation, administration and support of our enterprise and cloud infrastructure services from our Durham location. This role requires deep expertise in Dell server platforms, NetApp storage systems, VMware virtualization technologies, and cloud service providers services (AWS and Azure). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and a proactive approach to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Client’s's global infrastructure. - esImplement, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions utilizing Dell servers, NetApp storage, VMware virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure
- ).Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure services (AWS/Azure), including compute, storage, networking, and security configuration
- s.Lead complex infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, hybrid integrations, upgrades, and capacity plannin
- g.Manage and optimize NetApp storage systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrit
- y.Administer and enhance VMware environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, virtual networking, and lifecycle managemen
- t.Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of all infrastructure component
- s.Develop and maintain infrastructure automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and cloud-native automation tool
- s.Proactively monitor system health, performance, and security across on-premises and cloud environment
- s.Provide expert Tier 3 support and technical mentorship to junior engineers and technicians within the global tea
- m.Develop and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure architecture, configurations, and operational procedure
- s.Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution to ensure business continuit
