Technical Project Manager – Engineering & DevOps Transformation

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to drive a large-scale engineering modernization initiative focused on consolidating developer tooling, standardizing CI/CD pipelines, and aligning SDLC controls across the organization. This is an execution-heavy role sitting at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, and security — ideal for someone who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and knows how to get things done.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead firmwide adoption of standardized SDLC controls and CI/CD pipelines, replacing fragmented development workflows with a unified, firm-approved toolchain
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the SDLC baseline implementation across application and engineering teams
  • Drive ServiceNow (ITSM) integration for change and release management alignment
  • Coordinate automation migration efforts in support of modern cloud delivery standards
  • Partner with cloud engineering and security teams to ensure alignment with AWS and internal control frameworks
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, infrastructure, risk, and external vendors
  • Define and track project deliverables, timelines, and success metrics including adoption rates, compliance, pipeline maturity, and delivery velocity
  • Serve as the central coordination point between internal teams and AWS/vendor partners

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a technical or IT delivery environment
  • Proven background managing full SDLC programs across all phases — plan, design, build, test, and deploy
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to leadership and working through ambiguity
  • Ability to manage upward, juggle competing priorities, and drive decisions with limited direction
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field

Bonus Points:

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Background in financial services or asset management
