This position pays $50.00 per hour on a w-2 basis.
This is NOT an IT Recruiting position. We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support the hiring needs across multiple insurance business groups including operations people, claims adjusters, customer service representatives, product, strategy, sales, and underwriting personnel roles.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Sourcing
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, social platforms, and talent search tools.
Screen and assess candidates, moving them through the process with strong communication and follow through.
Provide market insights on talent availability, competition, and sourcing challenges.
Tools, Data & Process
Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data within Workday Recruiting (preferred) or other ATS systems.
Use recruiting metrics to track pipeline health and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Support consistent recruiting processes and adherence to standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
7+ years of professional‑level recruiting experience; financial services or insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong sourcing skills, including advanced search, passive‑candidate outreach, and talent‑market research.
Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions and geographies in fast‑paced corporate or search‑firm environments.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring leaders.
Strong assessment capabilities with sound judgment around candidate fit and hiring recommendations.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple requisitions, shifting priorities, and tight timelines.
Proficient with ATS platforms; Workday Recruiting strongly preferred.
Comfortable using analytics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor pipelines and inform decisions.
Self‑driven, adaptable, and able to operate independently with minimal guidance.
