We are placing multiple ISSO professionals with defense contractors and intelligence community support organizations across Northern Virginia. If you hold an active TS/SCI and have hands-on experience managing the security posture of classified information systems, we want to talk to you this week.
What you will do: Maintain ATO packages and system security documentation under NIST RMF. Conduct continuous monitoring of classified system environments. Develop and enforce STIGs, security plans, and POA&Ms. Interface directly with ISSMs, system owners, and government security representatives. Support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities for new and existing systems.
What you need:
Active TS/SCI clearance (in-scope required).
4+ years as an ISSO or in an IA/cybersecurity compliance role.
DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II or III certification (Security+ CE, CAP, CISM, or CISSP).
Direct experience with NIST SP 800-53 and RMF processes.
Experience with XACTA, eMASS, or similar ATO tracking systems is a strong plus.
