Position Overview
Are you a systems administrator who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and keeping business-critical systems running at peak performance? Our client is looking for a talented Information Systems Administrator to support and enhance their IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and end-user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support computer systems, servers, virtualization environments, and related infrastructure.
- Provide desktop and helpdesk support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues with minimal business disruption.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Monitor system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, system procedures, and standard operating processes.
- Train end users on business applications and technology systems.
- Support ERP and business-critical applications.
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and technology implementations.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, System Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, IT Support, or Infrastructure Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking concepts, system security, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
- Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and data protection best practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and user support abilities.
