Influencer Sales Representative

• Somebody who embraces outreach and onboarding
• Experience working with influencers and affiliate partners
• Organized workflow, job ownership, you run your own desk
• Curiosity and a desire to learn
• Data-driven mindset; you understand what drives clicks, conversions, and revenue
• Comfortable with negotiation and performance-based partnerships

What you can expect:

• Prospecting-heavy role — identifying and activating influencer and affiliate partners via email, DMs, and calls
• Onboarding new partners into our influencer platform and walking them through their first sales
• Collaborating with our success team to hand off engaged partners to ensure their continued success
• Your results will drive your rewards
• Build early-stage relationships and set partners up for long-term success
• Identify, qualify, and activate creators aligned with our brands across multiple verticals

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary based on experience
• Commission structure tied to partner performance

Location:

• Local candidates only; must be willing to work in the office at least 3 days per week
