Key Responsibilities
•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, including adhering to sanitation procedures, diapering, and feeding schedules.
•Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth, such as sensory play, music, and motor skill exercises.
•Track individual developmental milestones and progress, documenting growth through observations and reports.
•Build positive relationships with families, providing daily updates on children’s routines, development, and needs.
•Provide consistent, active supervision of children at all times to ensure safety.
Requirements
Must have a High School Diploma
45 Hour Infant & Toddler & 90 Hour Preschool Certification
2 Years of experience
