About the Role

Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer


Responsibilities

  • Tooling Validation - Quality check using FARO Arm. - MUST SKILL
  • Experience with handling weld tooling/templates and its parts/components - MUST SKILL
  • 3D CAD Skills - SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA - MUST SKILL
  • Complete Manufacturing / Industrial engineering support - MUST SKILL
  • Design & Implementation of weld and assembly tooling.
  • Assembly process planning.
  • Material handling equipment design.
  • Creating & updating standard operating procedures, CN and DOU the process.
  • Develop manufacturing process flow and with reduce cost.
  • Systematic layout planning, production planning & control.
  • Lean implementation.
  • Racking system design for material stack up.
  • Validation of Racks and cart based on the load capacity.
  • Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices.
  • Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements.
  • Quality checking gauges.
  • Material flow and standardization process support.
  • Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customer.
  • Vendor engagement for project requirements.
  • Supporting to continuous improvement process.
  • 5S line support for line implementation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering


Required Skills

  • ME/IE, Tooling, Fixture, Work Instruction, time study
  • MUST SKILL - Weld Tooling Design and Validation.
  • MUST SKILL - Experience with Design process flow weld tooling/templates and its parts/components.
  • MUST SKILL - 3D CAD Skills - SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA
  • MUST SKILL - Manufacturing processes knowledge


Preferred Skills

  • 3 - 5 Years of experience


Pay range and compensation package

Salary: 70-80k max
