Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This role supports a high-volume manufacturing facility that produces copper tubing components and brazed tube assemblies used in HVAC, refrigeration, automotive, and utility systems. Starting on 1st shift for training and then transitioning to 2nd shift.
Pay: Up to $32hr

Work Environment
The position is based in a typical manufacturing environment that supports the production of copper tubing components and brazed tube assemblies. Training occurs on 1st shift (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), with the regular schedule on 2nd shift (2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.), and flexibility is required for overtime and occasional assistance on other shifts. Work involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials and products up to 50 pounds while accessing and repairing machinery throughout the facility. The environment includes active production equipment, and the role requires consistent adherence to safety procedures and the 5S housekeeping system to maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
