Night Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician
Compensation: $26.00 – $36.25 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour overnight shift
Location: Manufacturing facility in the Celina, Ohio area
A well-established advanced manufacturing operation in west-central Ohio is expanding its maintenance team and is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility systems.

What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment and mechanical systems
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components used in manufacturing operations
- Support maintenance activities on automated equipment including electronic controls and robotic systems
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
- Assist with facility maintenance including plumbing, fabrication, or general building repairs when required
- Document maintenance work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenance activities
Skills & Experience That Help You Succeed
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, and industrial equipment
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read blueprints, equipment diagrams, and schematics
- Experience with 480V three-phase electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, robotics, or welding is beneficial but not required
- Comfortable using precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical training, apprenticeship, or trade school education preferred
