PrideNow, the light industrial staffing division of Pride Global, is hiring on behalf of a leading food manufacturing company. We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to support a high-speed bakery and packaging operation. This role is critical to maintaining and improving plant performance through expert electrical troubleshooting, installation, and preventative maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues involving motors, relays, transformers, sensors, and control systems
  • Work with PLC systems (connect, go online, and replace I/O cards)
  • Install power supply wiring, conduit, and electrical panels for new and existing equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and complete work orders using CMMS/EAM systems
  • Support equipment changeovers and production line startups
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Maintain compliance with safety programs including Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, and confined space procedures
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
  • Provide technical support to continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Electrician (Master Electrician preferred)
  • 3–5+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and process control systems
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventative maintenance programs
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards, including Arc Flash
  • Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical & Work Environment:

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and rotating schedules
  • Lift 50+ lbs, stand, climb, stoop, and work in confined or elevated spaces
  • Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and industrial bakery conditions
  • Exposure to mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and production environments
