Position:INDIVIDUAL GIVING MANAGER
Reports to: DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Status/Schedule: Full-time/Exempt, Mon – Fri 8AM-5PM, weekend/evenings, required in office/field based on organization needs. Occasional evening and weekend hours required for events and donor engagement activities.
Location: Hybrid- CASA of Los Angeles, Edelman Children’s Court, Monterey Park, CA

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Individual Giving Manager reports to the Director of Development and will have primary responsibility for leading CASA/LA’s individual giving efforts, setting strategy and executing fundraising campaigns for sustaining and growing the number of annual donors, the size of individual gifts, and converting annual donors to major donors. This individual will spend the majority of time identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors. They will be responsible for working closely with their supervisor and CASA staff members to promote the acquisition of individual gifts and to coordinate those efforts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Reliable transportation for meetings and fundraising events
• Valid California Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation:
• $70,000-90,000 (Exempt). Final starting rates will be based on experience, skills, internal equity, and market factors.
