Indirect Buyer - SAAS

Position Summary

We are seeking an immediate hire for a temporary Buyer to support our Indirect Procurement team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Procurement, this role manages procurement workflows, partners with internal stakeholders, and works with vendors to ensure efficient execution. You will support daily procurement operations, streamline processes, and align efforts across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement workflows from intake to execution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and drive efficient outcomes.
• Lead vendor engagements, including pricing, negotiations, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract review, redlining, and execution.
• Support vendor onboarding and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Monitor vendor performance and contract adherence; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable on timely invoice processing.
• Contribute to reporting and metrics tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of procurement or sourcing experience, ideally indirect categories in a high-tech environment.
• Knowledge of SaaS, procurement processes, and contracts.
• Experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud preferred.
• Ability to interpret supplier agreements and SOWs.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; procurement tools experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
