Job SummaryWe are looking for a licensed real estate agent to support our acquisition efforts by sourcing deals, building relationships, and managing transactions from initial contact through closing. This is a salary-based role within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Source and identify on-market and off-market deals
- Build relationships with brokers, property owners, and wholesalers
- Review deals at a high level (pricing, comps, potential)
- Assist with basic zoning and property research
- Submit offers and assist with negotiations
- Manage transactions through closing
- Maintain and track an active pipeline of deals
- Provide regular updates on deal activity
Qualifications- Active NJ real estate license (preferred)
- 2–5 years of real estate or sales experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deals
- Basic understanding of real estate pricing and comps
- Familiar with Excel and CRM tools
