Title : Immigration Attorney

Fulltime Role & Onsite Role

Location : Wes Des Moines, IA

Responsibilities

• Manage immigration matters from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in immigration filings and proceedings, including but not limited
• to family based petitions, employment based matters, removals, and humanitarian
• relief
• Prepare and file applications, petitions, motions, and supporting documentation
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding case strategy,
• timelines, and expectations
• Monitor case status and ensure compliance with all filing deadlines and
• procedural requirements
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide high quality
• legal services
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Iowa (required)
• Immigration law experience preferred
• Strong legal writing, organizational, and case management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Client focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
