Immigration Attorney (Entry-Level-training provided) – English/Spanish Preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Job Description

Herbert Law Group, L.L.C. is seeking an entry-level attorney to join our immigration practice in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or newly licensed attorney looking to build a career in immigration law with hands-on training and mentorship.

We are looking for someone professional, motivated, organized, and committed to helping clients navigate immigration matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist with family-based and employment-based immigration cases
• Prepare applications, petitions, and supporting documents
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document requests
• Conduct legal research and draft correspondence
• Appear at interviews or hearings when appropriate
• Maintain accurate case files and deadlines

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed in California, awaiting bar results, or eligible for admission
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Spanish language skills preferred due to client needs
