Our recruiting firm is partnering with a technology-forward immigration law firm that is redefining how legal services are delivered through proprietary AI tools and modern legal workflows. This firm operates with a high-touch, white-glove client experience while leveraging technology to streamline administrative work and allow attorneys to focus on strategy, advocacy, and client outcomes.


They are seeking an Associate Attorney (1–3 years of experience) to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career attorney who wants hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and exposure to complex immigration matters within a fast-paced, modern legal practice.


Immigration experience is not required. The firm is happy to train the right candidate.


Responsibilities

  • Support senior attorneys on active immigration cases across a range of proceedings
  • Assist with EOIR hearings, USCIS interviews, ICE check-ins, and other administrative proceedings
  • Draft motions, briefs, appeals (including I-290B), and responses to RFEs and NOIDs
  • Prepare case materials and assist with legal strategy under the guidance of senior attorneys
  • Conduct legal research and support case preparation
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure timely and high-quality case execution

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Arizona bar license (required)
  • 1-3 years of experience practicing law
  • Immigration experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
  • Team oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Open to relocating to New York City (or already located here!)
