Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler – Medical Device (Entry Level and Experienced)

Job Summary

This role involves assembling small, high‑precision medical devices (such as brain catheters) in a cleanroom or lab setting. Most work is done under a microscope using small hand tools. The company provides full training for entry‑level candidates and offers a path to permanent employment and career growth.

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Saturday
  • 5:00 AM start time
  • Typically 10‑hour shifts
  • Average 45–55 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble very small medical device components following instructions and quality standards
  • Work under a microscope for long periods
  • Use small hand tools safely and accurately
  • Follow cleanroom protocols, gowning, and safety rules
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory guidelines
  • For R&D roles: work in lab settings and assist with pilot builds
  • For line assistants: manage documentation, inventory, and work orders in ERP systems

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
