HIRING - Cable Assemblers – For Aerospace Manufacturing

As a Cable Assembler, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating high‑quality cable assemblies used in aircraft and ground control stations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, following detailed instructions, and taking pride in craftsmanship. You’ll work independently at your own workstation using industry‑standard tools to assemble, solder, label, and inspect cable harnesses that meet strict quality requirements.

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday–Thursday
• (Overtime opportunities available)
• Payrate- $25/HR to $27/HR

What You’ll Do

• Assemble cables through wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
• Interpret assembly drawings, schematics, wire lists, and written work instructions
• Crimp terminals and contacts using both manual and automated tools
• Label cable assemblies according to drawing and specification requirements
• Perform soldering tasks including wire tinning, splicing, and connection work
• Use basic hand tools such as wire strippers, cutters, hand crimpers, soldering irons, scissors, and heat guns
• Inspect and verify product quality in compliance with established control procedures
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company policies, laws, and regulations

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Strong ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Hands‑on experience with manual and automated crimping tools
• Familiarity with common assembly and soldering hand tools
• Excellent visual acuity, including the ability to distinguish wire colors

• Clean, quiet production floor
• Dress code includes long pants, appropriate work attire, and closed‑toe shoes

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poway, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.96 - $27.26/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Poway,CA.
