May serve as agency liaison for providers and the medical administrative staff for problem resolution.
Monitor and analyze all reports and assist in timely application of all policies.
Position will perform general office work such as answering telephone, typing filing, computer inquiries, etc.
Must be able to interpret and apply county, state, and federal regulations, policies, and procedures in specific case situations.
Aid with program monitoring, specifically in the area of Quality Assurance and preparation of cases for review.
Monitor recertifications in order to distribute work accordingly when the Supervisor is absent or unavailable.
The Lead Worker will provide training and support to lower-level Income Maintenance Caseworkers as needed.
The Lead Worker assist with maintenance of caseload for Family and Children’s Medicaid recipients.
The Lead Worker will participate in all activities that are needed to determine initial eligibility and ongoing eligibility of the clients to receive benefits.
Assist teleworkers with printing, office needs, and questions. Will monitor the work of teleworking IMC IIs.
Work and Maintain FRR/BEER reports. Assist with completion of Medicaid Verification Reports.
Provide coverage for vacant casework positions in the Income Maintenance Programs.
Responsible for preparing documents for hearings.
Perform 2ndParty reviews for IMC II and provide refresher trainings for error trends.
Performs related tasks as required.
