The Art Effect seeks a dynamic, professional, and creative Illustration and Animation teaching artist for our Junior Art Institute summer program in Poughkeepsie, NY. This program takes place at Dutchess Community College, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm and runs from July 11th through August 7th.
