Senior IDQ/PowerCenter Developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data quality procedures and its outputs.

The Developer will leverage IDQ for the profiling of project source data coming into the Global Data Mastering Platform and converting of those rules into ETL jobs for ingestion and delivery of data to and from a multi-terabyte database. Utilize Informatica Developer, Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Metadata Manager, and Informatica Analyst to design and develop custom objects and rules.  The resource will be the main author of technical design and architecture solutions as called upon by the needs of the EPIC conversion.

She/he will participate in IDQ/PC development efforts, validate work results, provide knowledge sharing and serve as a technical resource for other Developers.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of Informatica experience
• 5+ years experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) development
• 4+ years of ETL, data warehouse and data analytics delivery experience on internal or external cloud platforms
• 4+ years of PL/SQL experience
• 1+ year of Red Hat Linux or UNIX experience
• 1+ year of Agile experience

• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 4+ years of Linux experience
• 3+ years of Oracle experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Python, Ruby, PowerShell, and Shell scripting

• Mastery of multiple technologies such as legacy AbIntio, Informatica Data Quality, PowerCenter, Address Doctor and domain of advanced coding techniques.
• Convert profiles into mappings for PowerCenter Execution
• Translate business rules into code and develop them in IDQ
• Design matching plans, assist in defining best matching algorithm, configuring identity matching and analyzing duplicates
• Develop profiles and scripts for the execution and testing of mappings and workflows to implement data stewardship and exception processing
• Informatica P&T techniques
   

• Flexibility to address incidents as needed 24 hours a day
• Ability to work additional hours as needed
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
