Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team in a mixed ICU setting. In this role, you will be an integral part of a 19-bed mixed ICU, providing care across a variety of specialties including Neuro, Medical, Trauma, Vascular, and Cardiothoracic. You will have the opportunity to float between the ICU and PMCU, ensuring comprehensive patient care in a step-down level unit with a 3:1 ratio.

Provide high-quality care to patients in a mixed ICU setting
Manage EBD drains and other neuro-related responsibilities
Float between ICU and PMCU as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Utilize Epic system effectively

Requirements:

Current CA RN license
Epic experience within the last year
At least 2 years of RN experience
Neuro experience required
TNCC preferred
Need 2 years experience in setting
