Job Description:

• The client is is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead our ICU/CSU units.
• This role provides clinical, operational, and people leadership to ensure high-quality patient care, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee ICU/CSU clinical operations, staff performance, and patient care delivery
• Promote a culture of safety, service excellence, and collaboration aligned with hospital Mission, Vision, and Values
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization to ensure quality care and budget adherence
• Drive patient flow, quality outcomes, and core measure compliance
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing nursing teams
• Coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable through performance management and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and evidence-based practice standards
• Address employee and patient concerns promptly and professionally
• Participate in hospital leadership meetings and committees as required

Qualifications:

• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Current RN license in the State of Texas
• 3–5 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience in acute care
• BLS and ACLS required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with service excellence culture, staffing optimization, and budget management
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission)
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• ARDCS or CCI certification preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred
